31 youth workers were part of new Erasmus+ training course in Mostar

Youth Power organized training course “Digital Technology Entrepreneurship“ in Mostar from May 24 to June 2 that aimed  to “equip” youth workers with a set of ICT skills needed to work on personal development in the fields of self-employment opportunities and digital entrepreneurship.

Digital Technology Entrepreneurship is an international project that aims to “equip” youth workers with a set of ICT skills needed to work on personal development in the fields of self-employment opportunities and digital entrepreneurship. The project will consist of a short preparatory online e-course, training course activity and multiplication educational workshops in all partner organisations’ local communities.

The first couple of days of the training course served as some kind of ice-breaker, participants were meeting each other, got introduced with YouthPass and E+ programme and they were sharing realities about youth entrepreneurship and youth unemployment in their countries.

Later all activities were focused more on training course’s general topics. Participants had opportunity to discuss about entrepreneurship, IT sector, digital companies, benefits and risks of digital workplaces.

In the final, participants worked on developing multiplication educational workshops for their local communities.

One of the project objectives were Empowering youth workers and building their competencies for the development of youth work programmes for digital entrepreneurship start-up and for adapting of existing enterprises to the digital revolution and building capacities of all active youth workers in partner organizations in digital entrepreneurship through educational workshops in follow up period
