Introducing the DigiSkill Project: Bridging the Digital Divide for a Smarter Future

In today’s world, digital skills are more important than ever. To help young people, youth workers, and entrepreneurs gain the tools they need to succeed, a group of international organizations has launched DigiSkill—a project designed to make digital learning accessible, practical, and engaging.

About the Project

DigiSkill is a three-year initiative co-funded by the European Union, aiming to bridge the digital divide and empower young people with essential skills. The project will provide interactive training, hands-on learning experiences, and networking opportunities to help participants improve their digital literacy, critical thinking, and employability.

The project is led by Youth Power, working together with partners from Portugal, Germany, Czechia and Africa, all committed to making digital education more inclusive and impactful.

What DigiSkill Offers

DigiSkill is designed to give people real digital skills they can use. The project will include:

  •  72 online webinars over three years, with a goal of reaching 1,440 participants
  • Online discussions to connect young people and exchange ideas
  • Practical training that helps turn knowledge into real-world skills
  • Opportunities for networking and collaboration

What’s Next?

DigiSkill is already underway, with partners working together to finalize branding and plan the first activities. The first online webinars and discussions will start in May 2025, marking the beginning of an exciting journey toward stronger digital skills and better opportunities.

Why DigiSkill Matters

This project is about more than just learning—it’s about creating opportunities and helping young people grow. With technology shaping the future, DigiSkill aims to make sure no one is left behind.
