The Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership project, titled Digital Transformation of Inclusive Youth Work, is a two-year project being implemented in Sweden, Croatia, Germany, and Austria. It aims to build the capacities of educators, youth workers, and NGOs.
Along with organizations from Croatia, Austria, and Germany, Youth Power / Ung Kraft Sweden is a partner in this project. The total budget of the project is 250,000 EUR, and it runs from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.
All organizations in the partner consortium work with young people who face various barriers, from economic and geographical to social and cultural, which prevent them from active participation and benefiting from youth work.
